Members are formed on three sides of a hollow square, non-officers in two lines facing each other along the South and North sides of the Palace; Altar in center, officers elect forming the West Side of the square, facing the East, formed from right to left in order of rank, the Princess Captain elect on the right, the Sentinel on the left.
Installing Officer: We are about to install the officers of … Guild, No. … for the ensuing year. Princess Chaplain, will you invoke the divine blessings upon these officers who about to be installed into office.
Gives three raps *** to call up the Guild and ask the Princess Chaplain to pray.
Installing Marshall: I have the pleasure of presenting to you these noble Heroines and loyal Sir Knights of the Templars Crusaders, who have been honored by this Guild by election to offices of responsibility and trust, and who desire to be inducted into their several stations at this time.
Installing Officer: Heroines and Sir Knights, I congratulate you upon this signal honor that has been bestowed upon you and congratulate the Guild upon the good judgment shown in your selection. Previous to your induction into office, I must require you to give formal assent to a binding promise to perform the duties of your offices. You will there- fore, place your right hand over your left breast and repeat this oath of office.
I, …, in the presence of the Supreme Commander of the Universe, and of these witnesses, do solemnly promise and vow, that I perform conscientiously and to the best of my ability, the various duties of my office; that I will be loyal to the Grand Guild, and do all in my power to promote the welfare of the Order of Heroines of Templars Crusaders and of this Guild.

Installing Marshall: Eminent Sir, I have the honor and pleasure of presenting to you for installation, Princess … (Name) for installation. Princess … who has been elected as Princess Captain for the ensuring year.
Installing Officer: Princess … you have been honored by election to the Captaincy of this Guild. Your station is in the East at the head of this Guild. Your duties are to preside over the meetings, to exact compliance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Order; to supervise the work and to perform the executive duties of the same. You are to diffuse light, maintain justice, practice charity, and foster, inculcate, and promulgate the sublime principles of the Order, the womanly graces, chivalric principles, the Christ-like attributes which should characterize a Heroines of the Templars Crusaders. You will now be conducted to your station in the East.
I now present you with the gavel, the emblem of authority; and the sword, the symbol of power; ever wield them fearlessly, and justly.

Princess Captain behold your Princesses; Princesses and Sir Knights behold your Princess Captain; Princesses behold your Princess Captain. CARRY SWORDS; RETURN SWORDS. Gives one rap * and says: Be seated.
The Marshal now presents the Royal Advisor to the Installing officer.
Installing Marshall: I have the great pleasure of presenting to you for installation, Sir Knight …, who has been appointed by the Right Eminent Grand Commander as the Royal Advisor.
Installing Officer: Sir Knight …, as Advisor of this Guild, your station is on the right of the Princess Captain in the East. Your duties are to act as official advisor and counselor to the Princess Captain and the Guild. You are to assist in the interpretation of the laws of the Order, and to preserve the traditions of chivalric knighthood, unimpaired. Your experience and acquaintance with Masonic laws and usages will enable you to render timely aid to this Guild and prevent the departures from regular established procedure. You will now be escorted to your station.
Princess Marshal, you will please present in order the other officers elect.
Installing Marshall: I have the great pleasure of presenting to you for installation, Sir Knight …, who has been appointed by the Right Eminent Grand Commander as the Assistant Royal Advisor.
Installing Officer: Sir Knight …, as Assistant Royal Advisor of this Guild, your station is on the right of the Princess First Lieutenant, in the West. Your duties are to assist the Royal Advisor in the discharge of his duties and in the absence or disability of him, you shall assume the duties of that office. You too have been appointed by the Right Eminent Grand Commander.
Installing Marshall: I have the honor and pleasure of presenting to you for installation, Princess … for installation. Princess … who has been elected as Princess First Lieutenant, for the ensuring year.
Installing Officer: Princess First Lieutenant, your station is in the West, your duties are to assist the Princess Captain in the discharge of her duties and in her absence; you shall preside over the Guild or assume command. Your station is one of the high ranks of great dignity and responsibility: While third in command, you should be sufficiently well informed to assume command without embarrassment to yourself, or detriment to the Guild. You will be conducted to your station.
Installing Marshall: I have the honor and pleasure of presenting to you for installation, Princess … for installation. Princess … who has been elected as Princess Second Lieutenant, for the ensuring year.
Installing Officer: Princess Second Lieutenant, your station is in the South, your duties are to assist the Princess Captain in the discharge of her duties, and in her absence and that of the First Lieutenant to assume the executive duties of her office. You are to be active in the introduction of candidates, responsible for the care and distribution of our paraphernalia; and with the First Lieutenant act as aide to the Princess Captain, whenever desired. You will be conducted to your station.
Installing Marshall: I have the honor and pleasure of presenting to you for installation, Princess … for installation. Princess … who has been elected as Princess Treasurer, for the ensuring year.
Installing Officer: Princess Treasurer, your station is at the right of the Princess Captain, your duties are to receive from the Secretary and to hold all monies of the Guild and shall pay out the same only on orders signed by the Princess Captain and Secretary, or on order of the Guild, certified by the proper officers. You will be conducted to your station.
Installing Marshall: I have the honor and pleasure of presenting to you for installation, Princess … for installation. Princess … who has been elected as Princess Secretary, for the ensuring year.
Installing Officer: Princess Secretary, your station is at the left of the Princess Captain. Your duties are to keep a just and accurate minute of the proceedings of the Guild; to receive all monies belonging to the Guild, turning same over to the Treasurer, and taking her receipt thereof. You are to prepare reports for the Guild to the Grand and International Guild, keep a roll of members and their addresses; notify them of indebtedness, and perform such other duties as may be required of you. You will be conducted to your station.
Installing Marshall: I have the honor and pleasure of presenting to you for installation, Princess … for installation. Princess … who has been elected as Princess Financial Secretary, for the ensuring year.
Installing Officer: Princess Financial Secretary your station is near that of the Secretary, in the Southwest, your cuties are to assist the Secretary and Treasurer with financial transactions of this Guild. Upon the faithful discharge of your duties greatly depends the reputation and standing of this Guild with those with whom it deals. You will be conducted to your station.
Installing Marshall: I have the honor and pleasure of presenting to you for installation, Princess … for installation. Princess … who has been elected as Princess Commissary, for the ensuring year.
Installing Officer: Princess Commissary, your station as Commissary is in the North. Your duties are to have supervision of the social side of our work, land the preparation and service of refreshments, both in public and private, and to act as the floor assistant to the Captain and Lieutenants. Although the North may be the place of darkness, your own activity and exemplary official conduct will shine out, illuminating the traditional darkness of your place of honor. You will be conducted to your station.
Installing Marshall: I have the honor and pleasure of presenting to you for installation, Princess … for installation. Princess … who has been elected as Princess Assistant Commissary, for the ensuring year.
Installing Officer: Princess Assistant Commissary, you are to assist the Commissary in the discharge of her duties, and in her absence assume the duties of her office. During the Initiation Ceremony you are to ensure the candidates are properly dressed in all white and wearing a blindfold. You will be conducted to your station.
Installing Marshall: I have the honor and pleasure of presenting to you for installation, Princess … for installation. Princess … who has been elected as Princess Chaplain, for the ensuring year.
Installing Officer: Princesses Chaplain, your stations are in the East and at the right of the Princess Captain. Your duties are to lead the devotional exercises of the Guild and to perform the sacred functions of your holy calling at all public and private ceremonies; to give righteous counsel and admonition to your associate Heroines and Sir Knights. May your lives be such that your prayers may ascend to the throne of grace from pure hearts and your petitions reinforced by lives of self-denial and consecration may ascend like sweet incense before the Lord. Remember that the prayers of the righteous availed much. You will be conducted to your station.
Installing Marshall: I have the honor and pleasure of presenting to you for installation, Princess … for installation. Princess … who has been elected as Princess Cross Bearer, for the ensuring year.
Installing Officer: Princess Cross Bearer, your station as Cross Bearer is southwest of and near the Altar. Your duties are to bear and display the Standard of the Order, and to assist in conducting candidates by leading them about the Palace. On one side, the colors depicted upon your banner are red and white, on the other side, the black and white of the Beauseant.
The red is emblematic of zeal and the black was to indicate that all who while on the battlefield, were not fighting for Christ, and the Christian religion, were subject to death, destruction and damnation; the white of the Beauseant, means that all who were fighting for Christ and His cause, were pure in heart, and would enjoy eternal life after death. You will be conducted to your station.
Installing Marshall: I have the honor and pleasure of presenting to you for installation, Princesses … for installation. Princesses … who have been elected as Princess Inner and Outer Sentinel, for the ensuring year.
Installing Officer: Princesses Inner and Outer Sentinel, you have been chosen as the guardians of the portals of this Palace. Your duties as such are to guard against the approaches of those who have not the honors of the Heroines of Templars Crusaders, and to permit none to enter except such as are worthy and have proper permission. You will be conducted to your stations within and without the door. You will be conducted to your station.
Installing Marshall: I have the honor and pleasure of presenting to you for installation, Princesses … for installation. Princesses … who have been elected as Princess Marshalls, for the ensuring year.
Installing Officer: Princess Marshalls, you have been chosen as Inspectress to see that all Princesses are correctly dressed, that all clothing is in proper place and that they are properly regaled. You will assist the Princess Assistant Commissary with ensuring all candidates are properly dressed in all white and wearing blindfolds for initiation. Your station is at the northwest of the Princess First Lieutenant and to the left of the Princess Cross Bearer. You will be con- ducted to your station.
Installing Officer gives three raps *** to call up the Guild: ATTENTION! Heroines and Sir Knights, the ceremony of inducting your new officers has been completed. It now remains for you to assist them in the discharge of their duties. Remember that they alone cannot make a success of this organization. They are your agents, to whom you have delegated the active responsibilities of this Guild. As such, they are not unmindful of their obligations and duties, but will labor. ardently and effectively in promoting the success of the Guild. And now to the officers just installed, you have assumed the duties placed upon you as officers of this organization. The membership will look to you for the leadership and standard of service, expected in officers of this Guild. May the blessings of Him, who alone can succor and aid us, go with you in the discharge of your duties du ring this year. May the principles of the Order ever stimulate you to the highest and best endeavor in the practice of precepts and lessons, and May the memory of those noble Heroines of Gaza, inspire in your lives and conduct, the exemplification of the principles of the lowly Nazarene. The Marshall will now make proclamation that the ceremony of installation of this Guild, is complete.
Installing Marshall: ATTENTION! Princesses and Sir Knights, by order of the installing Officer, I hereby declare the officers of … Guild No. … duly installed for the year of …, and they are authorized to enter upon the active discharge of their duties.
